Are your bags water-resistant ?

Our waxed canvas bags are water-resistant, but not 100% waterproof.

Our unwaxed canvas bags even if it resists a few drops,cannot be considered as water resistant.,

How do I care for my bag?

Our bags are crafted from natural materials

Caring for your bags doesn’t call for elaborate rituals or special products. These simple habits take just a few moments but deliver lasting benefits:

  • General Care

-After each use, gently brush away any surface dirt or dust

-Brush in one direction

-Handle your look with clean hands to prevent transferring oils and dirt

-Avoid overcrowding your bag, which can distort its shape

  • Spot Cleaning

-Address spots and stains immediately

-Use a white cloth dampened with mild soap and warm water to dab gently – never rub aggressively

-Take extra care around the leather trim and logo patch

-Avoid getting the unlined interior too wet

-Allow to air dry completely at room temperature

  • Surface Protection

-Keep away from rough surfaces

-Protect the leather trim from excess water exposure

-Watch for color transfer, especially with light-colored canvas

-Handle the gold-plated hardware with care

-Address any fraying promptly

-Do not use any detergents, soaps, or solvents on any area of the canvas or leather material.

Daily Maintenance

  • After each use, gently wipe the surface with a clean, dry cloth
  • Store in a dust bag when not in use
  • Keep away from direct sunlight
  • Avoid placing your bag on rough or dirty surfaces

Deep Cleaning Steps

  • What you'll need:

Soft cotton cloth

Distilled water (or sodium-free seltzer water)

Mild bar soap

Clean, dry cloths for drying

  • Cleaning steps:

Slightly dampen your cloth with distilled water

Apply a small amount of mild soap to the cloth

Clean in gentle circular motions

Wipe with a clean, damp cloth until no soap remains

Allow to dry completely at room temperature

What to Avoid

  • Avoid contact with dyes (pens, lipstick, newspaper)
  • Keep away from harsh chemicals and solvents
  • Don't use heat (aka. Blow dryers) to dry your bag

Can I use a discount or promo code?

If you have a valid promo or discount code, you can enter it at checkout. The discount will be applied before payment is processed.

Can I change or cancel an order after payment?

If you need to change or cancel an order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@Heikishop.com (within 12 hours after the payment). However,Once the order has been processed, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Yes, we offer free standard international shipping!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, an order takes an average of 10 working days to be delivered. Here are some estimates depending on your country, calculated from recent shipments.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to our tracking pag.

You can also access it directly from our website's footer or by clicking here.

To track your order, you'll need your order number and the email address used to checkout.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or local carrier issues.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@heikishop.com. We’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and ensure a solution — whether that means locating the package, reshipping it, or issuing a refund, depending on the case.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with the quality, look and functionality of your bag. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your bag for a full refund. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return.

Returned bags must be in an unused condition. We can’t accept a return if it arrives used, or damaged due to improper packaging. Preferably return in the original packaging.

Can I exchange my backpack for a different one?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your backpack for a refund and place a new order for a different one.

How do I request a refund?

Please email us at support@heikishop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Please make sure to ship the item securely to avoid any damage during return transit.
