Refund policy
If you’re not happy with your Heikishop product, just return it to us for a refund. Please contact us by email at support@heikishop.com before requesting a return. We will provide you with all the details and the form you need to send back your item.
Our "satisfied or refunded" policy lasts 30 days after delivery day. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any item sent after that period will be returned to the customer at their expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in "brand new condition" (used bags, scuffed leather) will not be accepted. It must also be in the original packaging with its product tag.
Customised and monogrammed products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the parcel or by email.
Pls note that if a parcel is refused upon delivery, or held at a pickup point and not collected, A fee of $15 USD (or local currency equivalent) will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected. Also it is required to send us the tracking number of your returned parcel so that we can follow the return process easily.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If the return is rejected because one of the above conditions was not respected, the product will be returned to you, at your expense, or left in our warehouse waiting for instructions from your part
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your returned parcel is damaged or lost during transit, no refund will be issued.
The seller cannot be held responsible for any additional costs, import fees, or taxes that may be applied when returning goods. If such costs are incurred during the delivery of your return, these costs will be deducted from the refund automatically.
